Ed Byrne will perform his new stand-up show No Dramas at Oxford Playhouse on Saturday 17 April 2027.
The show starts at 7.30pm and is listed for ages 16 and over. It turns everyday frustrations into comedy, with Byrne asking for a quieter life while finding the world has other ideas.

What to expect from No Dramas
After the emotionally demanding Tragedy Plus Time, this tour returns to the smaller irritations that can build up during an ordinary day. The new material centres on petty grievances and the gap between wanting a peaceful existence and actually getting one.
Byrne’s approach gives the show a clear premise: the things that bother him may be familiar to people in the audience, even when the details differ. The publicity presents it as an evening of shared exasperation rather than a promise of practical solutions.
The Playhouse lists a running time of one hour and 50 minutes, including an interval. The Oxford performance sits in a wider itinerary that takes him to theatres across the UK in spring and early summer.
His local date follows Cheltenham and precedes stops in Shrewsbury, Wrexham and Newtown.
