Handmade Oxford will return to Waterperry Gardens for its sixth edition in June 2026, bringing together more than 175 contemporary designer-makers for a three-day craft festival in one of Oxfordshire’s best-known garden settings.
The three-day event runs from Friday 12 to Sunday 14 June 2026 and is presented by Handmade in Britain, which says the festival will showcase established and emerging makers across disciplines including ceramics, jewellery, furniture, sculpture, fashion, textiles, glass, art and homewares.
Set within the eight-acre gardens near Wheatley, the show is designed as a full day out, combining contemporary craft with food, music and live programming.
Waterperry Gardens has previously featured in the BBC series Make It to Market (seasons two and three), and organisers say the show is designed as a full day out, combining craft with gardens, food and live programming.

What to expect
Alongside exhibition stands, the 2026 programme is set to include:
- Live craft demonstrations
- Hands-on workshops led by makers
- Live music
- A curated line-up of artisan food and drink producers from the region
A demonstration schedule will be published ahead of the festival. Workshop tickets will be released separately, with limited spaces available. A Festival ticket is required to attend workshops.
Visitors will also be able to explore Waterperry Gardens as part of some ticket options.
