This summer, food lovers in Oxford are in for a treat as the acclaimed Six by Nico restaurant launches its much-anticipated Six Club Summer Series, a midweek dining festival celebrating the menus that made the brand famous across the UK.

Known for its ever-changing themed tasting menus, the restaurant will revisit some of its most iconic culinary journeys, all at a special price designed to make the experience even more accessible for locals.

Running for 12 weeks from Tuesday 10th June, the series brings back fan-favourite tasting menus while rolling back the price to a special Summer 2025 rate of £30 per person for a five-course experience.

Rediscover the Menus That Made Them Famous

Whether you’re a loyal regular or trying Six by Nico for the first time, the Six Club is your chance to revisit the themed menus that sparked a foodie following from Glasgow to London and now Oxford.

Each five-course tasting menu will be available every Tuesday and Wednesday, giving guests even more chances to enjoy bold, nostalgic dishes.

What Is Six by Nico?

For those unfamiliar, Six by Nico is a unique concept dining experience created by Scottish-Italian chef Nico Simeone. Every six weeks, the restaurant unveils a brand-new themed tasting menu, often inspired by cities, cultures, or comfort food classics. Each menu offers a five-course tasting experience, reinvented with fine-dining flair, much like the Murder Mystery Experience earlier this year.

The Oxford branch, which opened in May 2024 atop the Westgate Centre, has quickly become a staple for foodies and adventurous eaters across the county.

Founder and CEO Nico Simeone reciprocated the love by saying:

“Oxford has embraced Six by Nico since day one and the Six Club is our way of giving something exciting back. These menus helped define who we are, and we’re thrilled to bring them back in a way that’s accessible, affordable, and packed with flavour.”

First Up: The Chippie (10th–23rd June)

The series kicks off with the menu that started it all: The Chippie. Inspired by the British chip shop, this playful menu includes elevated versions of classics like:

  • Smoked Sausage
  • Scampi
  • Deep-Fried Mars Bar (yes, really! The first restaurant was in Glasgow after all!)

What Menus to Expect this Summer

The Summer Series acts like a “greatest hits” tour for the kitchen. From 10th June, guests can re-experience fan-favourite menus such as:

  • New York
  • Tokyo
  • Guilty Pleasures
  • Down The Rabbit Hole
  • Amalfi Coast

Each menu will run for a fortnight before the next theme takes over.

All for £30 per person — with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free alternatives available.

Optional Drink Pairings

Of course if you want to enhance your experience with curated drinks pairings hand picked by the sommelier:

  • Wine Pairing – £22 per person
  • Cocktail Pairing – £30 per person
