Costa Coffee has unveiled its highly anticipated summer 2025 menu, introducing a range of indulgent coffees and vibrant fruity refreshers. Available across UK stores from May 8th, the new products provide customers with refreshing options for every summer occasion.
Leading their recently unveiled summer menu is the Tiramisu Frappé, a luxurious blend that captures the essence of the classic Italian dessert. This creamy beverage combines rich coffee with a tiramisu-flavoured sauce, topped with light whip and a dusting of cocoa, making it an ideal summer menu option.
Their layered Tiramisu Iced Whipped Latte offers a beautifully crafted iced latte infused with tiramisu-flavoured sauce and crowned with velvety whipped coffee. Additionally, for those grabbing lunch on the go instead of eating out, the new Costa Coffee summer menu also introduces the Ready-to-Drink Tiramisu Frappé. Available in selected Asda stores until May 22 and in selected Boots stores from May 12, it also has a nationwide rollout in Costa Coffee stores.
Building on the popularity of unique coffees, Costa brings the previously Costa Club-exclusive Vanilla Lavender Iced Whipped Latte (main image) to all customers. This soothing blend combines vanilla lavender-flavoured sauce with whipped coffee, providing a calming beverage that is perfect for tranquil summer moments.
Adding a touch of vanilla has long been one of the most popular ways to use coffee syrups (alongside caramel and hazelnut), so it’s no surprise that Costa’s new summer latte combines this classic taste with lavender, which is one of the top go-to flavours right now. And with the visual appeal that comes from adding a splash of purple to the cup, it’s a new summer drink that really stands out on their menu.
To cater to those seeking vibrant and fruity options, the new Costa Coffee menu introduces two new Refresher drinks: Strawberry, Watermelon and Mint and Dragon Fruit and Guava. These iced beverages are bursting with bold flavours, providing the ultimate way to cool down during summer.
The menu also adds new exclusive Costa Express machine drinks including the Pistachio Latte and Iced Pistachio Latte available nationwide. These drinks add a luxury pistachio-flavoured twist to Costa Coffee’s signature Latte, served hot or iced.
Complementing the beverage selection, Costa’s summer menu features a variety of new and returning food options:
- Gluten-Free Mozzarella & Pesto Toastie with Roasted Pepper Sauce
- Chicken Shawarma Flatbread
- Tandoori Bhaji Flatbread
- Watermelon Pot
- Iced Gingerbread Biscuit
Returning sweet favourites include the Triple Chocolate Muffin, Chocolate and Pistachio Cookie Sandwich, and Strawberry and Vanilla Cake.
