Oxford audiences are in for a treat this September as acclaimed comedian Milo Edwards brings his latest stand-up show, How Revolting! Sorry To Offend, to The Fire Station on Thursday 25th September at 8pm.
Twice nominated for Best Show at the Leicester Comedy Festival and host of the cult-hit podcasts Trashfuture and Glue Factory, Milo has built a reputation as one of the UK’s smartest and most incisive comedians.
His new show tackles questions of class, Britain’s state of decay, and what counts as “common decency”, all with biting satire and a heavy dose of absurdity.
What to Expect from How Revolting!
Against the backdrop of delayed post, dentist day trips, and an air fryer obsession, Edwards asks: are we really offended, or just revolted?
Expect a joke-dense hour exploring everything from the Falklands War as the “truest expression of Britishness” to why Danny Dyer and Boris Johnson never reached their full potential.
As The Wee Review put it: “Arguably the most joke-dense hour you’ll see… Near perfect.” ★★★★★
